Pashos Visit Put On Hold

March 6, 2010

Mike Klis of the Denver Post is reporting that San Francisco 49ers Tackle/Guard Tony Pashoss’ visit has been delayed until tomorrow. The Broncos and him agreed Thursday to have a visit but since then, negotiations have been “bogged down,” according to Klis.

Pashos also has visited the Redskins where he left without a deal. It has not been reported whether or not that visit went well or not.

He is an 8 year veteran who has spent time in both Baltimore and Jacksonville but most recently San Francisco. There he played in 5 games, one of which he started at tackle. He would be expected to be a backup in Denver also, most likely at Guard.

Pashos fits in quite well with what Josh McDaniels has been searching for in his Guards recently: Size. He weighs in at 6-6 and 326 pounds, a great mass for the Power Blocking System which the Broncos will be transitioning into this off-season.
