4 More Released

September 5, 2009

After the very disappointing cut of Darius Walker, (By the way, we made a mistake. Darius Walker is not eligible for the practice squad this season.) it has been announced that 4 more Broncos have bit the dust.

Multiple sources are reporting that the following 4 players have been cut:

CB Tony Carter

DE Nic Clemons

DE/OLB Tim Crowder

OG Mitch Erickson

It has also been announced though, that 2 questionable players from the Mike Shanahan era will be staying. Those two are Jarvis Moss, who had a eye opening performance against Arizona during the pre-season and Marcus Thomas, last years starting Defensive Tackle.

Tim Crowder is somewhat of a disappointing loss. He showed so much potential in his rookie season, but after a string of inactive games and mediocre performances, he will not be a Denver Bronco anymore.

This leaves us with 5 players yet to be cut, 6 if we sign Vonnie Holliday. Until then, go Broncos!
