Broncos Listening To B-Marsh Offers

July 2, 2009

The Broncos are still standing their ground on the fact that they will not be making any calls to trade away disgruntled Broncos receiver Brandon Marshall but that does not mean that they will not be taking any calls from teams interested in trading for Brandon Marshall.

Adam Schefter from his Twitter Page has reported that the Broncos while not making calls are listening to offers for Brandon Marshall. Schefter has said that they would even accept simply a first rounder for him when the market calls for a 1st and a 3rd. Assuming that Schefter is almost always spot on, this pretty much tells us that Brandon Marshall won’t be a Bronco for long.

What this can tell us is that the Broncos really want to get rid of him before his camp releases any more comments like the one we reported yesterday. Or, and probably more likely, they think that since he is injury prone and very controversial they couldn’t get anything more.

In my opinion, he will not be a Bronco past next year, so we need to give him to a team that we are okay with him being on. And by that, I mean not the Bears.

Get rid of him. He sucks anyways. Denver hasn’t won any playoff games since he started and he led the league in 2008 in dropped balls and he didn’t score a bunch of touchdowns and he’s always doing something stupid and is always in trouble. Good riddance.
