Broncos To Interview Josh McDaniels

January 1, 2009

Josh McDaniels With Team.

The Broncos seem to be interested in New England Patriot Assistant Coach Josh McDaniels. He is the fourth person reported to be receiving significant interest from the Denver Broncos to interview for the team’s Head Coach opening.

The Broncos have asked New England for permission to interview McDaniels but have yet to receive an answer. The Patriots are expected to give us permission to interview him soon according to Bill Williamson of ESPN News.

We are already interviewing Raheem Morris of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as well as Steve Spagnuolo of the New York Giants. They have also shown some more interest in Bob Stoops and are in close contact with him according to some unnamed league sources but have yet to schedule and interview.

Pat Bowlen it seems more and more wants to get us our new head coach quickly so we can lock them up. Josh McDaniels of these may be my least favorite but still seems to be a solid candidate to coach the Broncos. If you would like to see his bio click here.
